Are EaseHound products medical devices?
No. EaseHound products are comfort and everyday routine products. They are not medical treatments and should not replace veterinary care, diagnosis, or mobility advice from a professional.
Shipping
Orders normally require 1 to 3 business days for handling, followed by an estimated 6 to 11 business days in carrier transit. The estimated total is 7 to 14 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends, holidays, carrier disruptions, severe weather, and address problems. Returns
EaseHound offers a 30-night comfort promise. Eligible products may be returned for any reason when the request is started within 30 days after delivery. Report damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items within 7 days after delivery. Every return requires written approval before anything is sent back.
