Product support

Product support and comfort promise.

How EaseHound reviews product issues, damaged arrivals, and comfort-promise requests.

30-day comfort review

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if the product is not the right fit.

Damage photos required

Damaged, incomplete, or wrong items should be reported within 7 days with photos.

No medical guarantee

EaseHound products are comfort products, not medical treatments or veterinary care.

What this promise means

EaseHound wants customers to feel confident choosing comfort products for senior dog routines. Our comfort promise gives you 30 days from delivery to contact us if the product is not the right fit for your dog or home.

What this promise does not mean

The comfort promise is not a lifetime warranty, medical guarantee, behavior guarantee, or promise that every dog will use or prefer a product. Dogs have different habits, sizes, needs, and comfort preferences.

Product issues

If something arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, email support@ease-hound.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the item, and a short explanation. We may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, part replacement, or another reasonable solution after review.

Normal use and wear

Pet products can show wear from chewing, scratching, accidents, washing, outdoor use, improper setup, and normal daily use. Damage from misuse, pet behavior, poor care, incorrect assembly, or ordinary wear and tear is not covered unless required by law.

Return review

Any return under the comfort promise must be approved before it is sent back. Items returned without authorization, sent to the wrong address, or returned in unsafe or unsanitary condition may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

No medical claims

EaseHound products are comfort and routine products. They are not medical devices or medical treatments. For injury, pain, mobility changes, digestion concerns, or other health questions, speak with your veterinarian.
