What product issue support covers
EaseHound reviews claims when a product arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or clearly different from what you ordered. Contact support@ease-hound.com within 7 days after delivery with your order number, packaging photos, product photos, and a short explanation.
30-night comfort promise
Eligible products may also be returned for fit, size, color, preference, pet preference, or another change of mind when the request is started within 30 days after delivery. Items must meet the condition and authorization requirements in the Returns and refunds policy.
Exchanges and replacements
We do not offer direct size, color, or preference exchanges. Complete an approved return and place a new order if you need a different item. For a verified damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, EaseHound may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, part replacement, or another reasonable resolution after reviewing the issue.
Return review
Any return must be approved before it is sent back. Items returned without authorization, sent to the wrong address, or returned in an unsafe or unsanitary condition may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
Warranty scope
Product issue support and the 30-night comfort promise are store policies; they do not create a separate extended warranty. Unless a product page expressly identifies a manufacturer warranty and states its duration and conditions, EaseHound does not promise that a separate manufacturer warranty applies. EaseHound handles eligible delivery, defect, return, and refund requests under its published policies, and customers are not required to contact a supplier or warehouse. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
A product issue caused by misuse, improper assembly, use contrary to instructions, pet chewing or scratching, accident, unauthorized alteration, or ordinary wear may fall outside defect support, subject to applicable law.
No medical claims
EaseHound products are comfort and routine products. They are not medical devices or medical treatments. For injury, pain, mobility changes, digestion concerns, or other health questions, speak with your veterinarian.
