How tracking works
When your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. The fastest way to check delivery progress is to open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
If tracking has not updated yet
Tracking can take several days to update after a label is created, especially when a package is moving between fulfillment partners and carrier systems. This does not always mean the package is stuck.
